Method 1 (Instant)
Delete from the Mobile App
If you have the LBC mobile app or web portal access, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the LBC Mobile App.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Security section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion to immediately purge your account and records.
⚡ Deletion is effective immediately upon confirmation.
Method 2 (Web Request)
Request Deletion via Web Form
If you uninstalled the application or cannot sign in, fill out the deletion request form below or email our Data Protection team directly at privacy@lbc.ng.
Please provide the primary email address and phone number associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
⏱ Requests via web/email are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy Details
In accordance with Google Play User Data Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA):
Data Permanently Deleted
- • Personal profile information (Full Name, Email address, Phone number).
- • Authentication credentials and active login tokens.
- • Vendor storefront profiles, business addresses, and branding logos.
- • Product/service listings, images, and pricing details.
- • Advertising campaigns and marketing lead clicks.
- • Device push notification tokens and search history.
Data Retained (Legal & Compliance)
- • Financial Transaction Logs: Invoices and Paystack payment references are retained solely for tax compliance, accounting audits, and anti-fraud regulations as mandated by Nigerian law.
- • Retained financial records are completely de-linked from marketing and cannot be used for any commercial profiling.
